New Briefing document and video from IFS Collaborative Research experience

IFS met with researchers and other stakeholders at the Collaborative Research Conference hosted by the African Academy of Sciences in February, 2016. A new IFS Briefing document, Conference Proceedings and a video are now available by following this news item.
A new IFS briefing document (here) is based on wide-ranging discussions and suggestions from regional and international organisations who were present at a Conference on Collaborative Research (Conference Proceedings here). It is available for those who are considering supporting and funding teams of African researchers to collaborate on discovering multidisciplinary answers to the continent’s pressing issues. It explains the benefits and challenges of research collaboration and offers recommendations to improve collaborative research experiences in Africa.
